Hawthorne Park Animal Care Center was founded in 2005 to provide the Bloomington Normal community with advanced veterinary care in a warm, caring environment. Our clinic offers a wide array of services to meet your pet’s needs at any age. We strongly believe that a comprehensive physical exam is the cornerstone of your pet’s health and should be done at least once or twice a yearly.
Vaccines are tailored to your pet’s age, environment, and specific needs. We also provide internal medicine, general surgery, and laser surgery. Our newest is canine rehabilitation and laser therapy to help with post-surgical patients as well as helping patients with chronic arthritis and pain.
In 2012, we built a brand-new state-of-the art clinic to be able to expand our abilities to care for your pets. We know that you will find it to be comforting and relaxing place for both you and your pets.
Accreditation by the AVMA Council on Education™ (COE) and Committee on Veterinary Technician Education and Activities™ (CVTEA) represents the highest standard of achievement for veterinary medical education in the United States. Institutions that earn accreditation confirm their commitment to quality and continuous improvement through a rigorous and comprehensive peer review.
Accreditation is a process by which an educational institution or program submits to a voluntary, non-governmental review to determine whether it meets accepted standards of quality. So no matter what pet you bring in, and no matter what problem they have, you can rest easy knowing that you will always get the same service. We want you to hold us to a higher standard because we hold ourselves to one as well.
